Cannot be determined from
the information I am able to access. I called Brian Shand
(2004 07 12). and asked what the deadline for filing an objection
would be. He said that the deadline had already passed and was
July 8, 2004. However, he also indicated that the urgency for
the short interval was that FortisAlberta wishes to begin the
refunds on an interim basis in August, and that, if anyone is an
interested party and wishes to intervene when the details of this
are to be worked out, the doors are not closed to filing an
